ubeChores Terms of Use
Effective date: October 1, 2026
ubeChores is published by ube media (Jakob Kubicki). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. Apple’s standard license agreement covers everything these terms don’t.
Be decent to your house
ubeChores is for the people you live with. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don’t post or send anything that is:
- harassing, threatening, hateful or bullying;
- sexually explicit, or involving anyone under 18 in any sexual way;
- violent or gory, or encouraging anyone to hurt themselves or others;
- someone else’s private information, or a photo of someone who didn’t agree to it;
- illegal, or infringing someone else’s rights.
What happens when something’s wrong
Anyone in a house can report a post or comment, or block a housemate, from inside the app (see Support). We review every report within 24 hours. If something breaks these terms, we remove it, and we may suspend or delete the account of whoever posted it.
Your content
What you post stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people in your house, which is what the app needs to work. Delete it any time, or delete your account; the privacy policy explains what goes and what stays with your house.
The app
We provide ubeChores as it is and may change or stop parts of it. We’re not responsible for chores that don’t get done.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
